Brazil Supplier Passport
A living record of evidence on Brazilian suppliers
Before doing business with a supplier, you need answers to simple questions: does this company really exist? Is it in good standing? Who owns it? Today that means hunting those answers down across dozens of different public registries. We bring those fragmented sources, the company's own documents, and derived analysis together into a single evidence record — with origin, history, ongoing monitoring, transparency about what was checked, and the company's right to correct information.
Product in commercial launch phase — early access for buyers, compliance teams and selected partners.

Modules
What the Passport organizes
Each company's profile is split into topic modules. Within a module, every piece of information shows what was verified, corroborated, declared, estimated, disputed, unverified or unobservable — never a generic conclusion.
Existence, registration, parent company, branches, activity and structure.
Every field on the Passport carries an explicit state — a lack of verification is never presented as a favorable conclusion.
Governance
Governance over evidence, not over reputation
The Passport assigns confidence to evidence — not a reputational score to the company.
Traceable provenance
Every claim is connected to its source, collection date and method, with a change history and audit trail.
Transparent coverage
The Coverage Statement lists what was checked, what is unavailable and what does not apply — missing data is never turned into an automatic conclusion.
Right of rectification
The company under review can dispute, declare and attach documents, always versioned, with the original evidence preserved.
Verified is not Premium
The verification badge confirms authentication within the disclosed scope. It does not confirm solvency, reputation or full compliance, and is never granted by payment.
Process
How it works
From public source to a versioned, monitorable profile.
- 01
Entity resolution
We identify the company through an official identifier, converging identifiers, or human review when needed.
- 02
Collection and normalization
Cataloged, monitored sources feed the Evidence Graph — the map connecting every piece of information to the source that supported it —, with origin, date and usage restrictions recorded.
- 03
Evidence evaluation
Every claim gets a state — verified, corroborated, declared, estimated, disputed, unverified or unobservable.
- 04
Snapshot and monitoring
The profile is published as an immutable, reproducible snapshot, with Watch for events and ongoing re-verification.
A structure, not a promise
Numbers about the product's structure — not customer volume, while still in commercial launch phase.
